at Home – Work, Save Money

Being a Mom can be tough, especially if your husband’s income isn’t as much as your family needs to live the kind of life you want to live. I know, I worked all the way up until I had my first child, and had to continue working afterwards because there was no way that we could pay the bills and enjoy life without my job. But oh was I in for a surprise when I added up how much it would cost me to continue to work now that I had a baby!

With the costs of childcare and gas, it made working my job almost not worth it. And what was I supposed to do when I had a second kid, and my income would be completely swallowed by the costs of daycare for two little ones?

That is why when my friend opened me up to work-from-home opportunities, I jumped at the possibility. Now, from the comforts of my own home, I can work, save money (and commuting time), and be with my children. I just work a few hours a day during nap time and spend the rest of my time being a mom, and being able to build a strong relationship with my children and teach them myself!

How do I do this? Through the power of the internet and web 2.0 marketing. I have gotten into a business that has a very minimal overhead that gives you products you buy anyways, and I use the power of the internet to work this business from the comforts of my own home.

You can learn the powers of attraction marketing through the use of YouTube, article writing, Facebook, forums, and many other free methods that are just waiting for you to turn around and actually use productively for your home business! Take Facebook alone, many powerful web presences have been made through the use of social communities just like this. You can use this community to build relationships and funnel people to your sales website. You don’t have to be pushy about it, in fact if you are a pushy salesman, you will quickly lose all your friends in the community!

What you do, is provide value to people, through what you have learned about whatever you are marketing, and then the right people will naturally want to learn more about what you are up to. Because people choose what they want to buy through people! Think about this, how much do you really pay attention to ads these days? You ignore them, right? But would you listen if someone you respected told you that a certain product was the best thing out there? Probably. That is the power of using Facebook to build relationships with others, and then you can help them become business partners when they are ready and want to know more from you. And the most beautiful thing is, you are probably doing this already on Facebook, you just aren’t giving people the opportunity to buy from you or work with you.
